6. Herbal remedies: Certain Ayurvedic herbs are believed to support weight loss. For example, Triphala, a combination of three fruits, is commonly used to improve digestion and detoxify the body. And guggul, shilajit, mulethi, turmeric, Fenugreek, ginger, cinnamon.

8. Yoga and Meditation: Practicing yoga and meditation can help reduce stress, which is often linked to weight gain. It also fosters mindfulness and self-awareness, promoting better food choices.

10. Detoxification: Periodic cleansing or detoxification, known as Panchakarma in Ayurveda, helps remove accumulated toxins from the body, promoting better health and weight management.
