👉Susrutacharya has mentioned yava as ASTRIGENT , SWEET and PUNGENT post digestion ,cold in potency, pacifies PITTA and KAPHA, good for WOUND always like tila or seame seeds, increases flatus and feces, improving digestion, mitigates fat and VATA dosha and purifies blood and PITTA.

👉Acharya Chararka has mentioned YAVA as NITYASEVANIYA DRAVYA, meant for daily intake, which underlines the importance of barley in diesase prevention and health management. charakacharya has also mentioned YAVA as the best among PURISHJANAKA, or food which generates feces and VATA dosha in intestine is an aphrodisiac and increases stability as it clarifies the channels because of its specific action . its pacifies diseases of the urinary tract , corrects fat metabolism, maintains PITTA and KAPHA dosha. It reduces rhinitis, asthma, cough, pain in thigh, diseases of throat and skin.

  7. Method: 1 tsf barley powder + 1 tsf milk + 1tsf of honey mix it and apply on face and neck
